—TERMS OF SERVICE—
By choosing to commission me it is understood that you’ve read and agreed with the following conditions:➛ The time for a commission to be finished will vary, but will usually require around 30 days. Most commissions are done way before that time period, but all depends on the difficulty of the commission and aspects of my own personal life.
➛Prices will be displayed in both US dollars ($) and brazillian reais (R$). If the commissioner is to use any other currency, I will do my best to convert the pricing into theirs.
➛One is welcome to contact me for commissions through my email, discord or twitter exclusively. All of them (and my other social media, to be added) will be linked under "CONTACT ME."
➛ Until I've received the payment, all the drawings will either be sent in lower quality or with a watermark overlayed on top.
➛ Payment is to be made after the base sketch with the colors are made through PIX (for my brazillian commissioners) or Paypal.
➛ Major changes in the commission can made in the early sketching phase, but due to technical purposes, cannot be done after the rendering has started.
➛ The commission can be posted on one’s personal social media as long as credit is given.
➛ The commission can be posted later on in my social media, unless requested otherwise and in anticipation, in the commission email or whatever medium used to contact me.
➛ My art is not to be used as NFT’s or for specifically to feed AI.
➛ I am allowed to politely decline any request.
➛ Major alterations in the drawing’s structure and composition can be requested in the sketching phase, but due to technical purposes, cannot be made anywhere beyond the rendering process.
➛ NSFW commissions will only be taken if the commissioners openly confirm that they're 18 or older. If the commissioner lies about their age, I will not be held accountable for it.
➛ If you have any questions regarding my conditions, feel free to ask, but please don't be pushy. I have set those boundaries to preserve both my well being and the commissioner's, and will not back down from them.

Extra elements such as props, weapons, animals: Undergoes negotiation.
Character sheets: Pricing undergoes negotiation depending on complexity of character, elements in the sheet, etc.
Comic pages and storyboards: Also undergo negotiation.
